Apollo XL Cutting Heads

The full range of cutting heads available for the Apollo XL Multi Substrate Cutter. 
As standard, it is supplied with the #1 PVC, #2B Upgraded Aluminium Composite and #6 20mm Foamboard tool heads. 
The #3A V-Groove, #3B Acrylic, #3C Glass and #5 Aluminium are available to purchase as optional extras. 
 
#3A V-Groove Aluminium Composite Tool Head
V-Grooves aluminium composite (great for making tray signs), PVC foamboard, corrugated plastics and more. The V-Groove blade can be adjusted to V-Groove all thicknesses of ACM - 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 6mm. Supplied fitted with one V-Groove blade.
 
#3B Score and Snap Acrylic Tool Head
Scores acrylic up to 6mm thick for a "score and break" finish. Supplied fitted with one scoring blade.
 
#3C Score and Snap Glass Tool Head
Scores glass up to 6mm thick for a "score and break" finish.  Supplied fitted with one glass scoring wheel.
 
#5 Sheet Aluminium Tool Head
Cuts solid aluminium up to 1mm thick. Supplied fitted with one wheel set.
 
Supplied as standard with the Apollo XL
#1 PVC Tool Head
Cuts PVC foam board, semi-rigid plastics and similar materials up to 10mm thick. 
 
#2B Aluminium Composite Tool Head
Cuts Aluminium Composite (ACM, ACP, Dibond etc), magnetic sheet up to 4mm thick and MDF up to 3mm thick. New Upgrade to reduce offcut bend.

#6 20mm Foamboard Tool Head
Cuts PVC foam, corrugated plastics, foamboard and honeycomb board up to 20mm thick.
